LEARN TO FLY SEMINAR

Our Learn to Fly Seminar had a great response with potential pilots having a taste of what it is like to fly.  Information was provided on the different kinds of licenses and what is expected to obtain a Pilot Licence.  Willing participants engaged in ​A Trial Introductory Flight and were given the opportunity to fly a plane.

AVALON PIZZA NIGHT

It was loud jets and great pizza at the Aero Club. Members were treated to a stunning array of photos from this month's airshow at Avalon Airport, Victoria.

The slideshow included photos and video of the nimble, negatively stable, G popping F18 and F22 fighter jets alongside the crazy stunts of the Pitts Special and Super decathlon pilots. The tight formation flying of the Roulettes were a sight to behold; Roulette 3 flown by the son of an ex-instructor from the club.
